Seventy-eight sheets of the September 28 permit set, read as a measured model.

Use the three links to open the 3D model, browse the drawing set, or read the window and door schedules.

Wei Yu’s issue-for-permit PDF — author Tori Charmoli, Yu & Associates Collaborative — is the source of every figure on this page. The cover drawing list now includes general, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection. Counts come from A601. Datums come from the printed elevation and section tags. Footprints come from dimension strings on A001 and A100. Nothing is carried over from the August 10 set.

Headline counts from the cover, the A601 schedules, and the printed elevations.

Floor elevations are the printed tags, not a fitted scale. Structural S1.0 states elevations are relative to first floor EL: 4′-0″, and gives T/SLAB EL: −6′-4″ at the basement — the same basement datum as G003. The low point of the roof deck (L/ 34′-9″) is only on A311; the high point (H/ 37′-2″) is on the elevations.

Method

What is measured and what is assumed

This notes what was read from the sheets and what was left as two printed numbers.

Level datums, window and door counts, wall-assembly thicknesses, the primary footprint, the garage hatch, the deck gap, unit areas, lot lines, heat-pump tags, water heaters, the 200 A service, and the 10 HP fire pump are printed on the sheets named beside them.

Three things are not forced into a single number. The rear building is 25′-0″ on A100 and 43′-3¼″ on A001 — both strings are shown. Garage door 110B is in the A601 door schedule and was not found as a tag in the A200–A202 text, so it is excluded from the 52 elevation openings. G002 is a graphic code table; its cells did not extract as readable text, so occupancy and construction type are taken from the G000 project description instead.

The 3D model is measured from the permit PDF. The A200–A202 elevations at 1/4″ = 1′-0″ give every window and door station; each tag sits at its unit’s center and matches the A601 sill and head heights to about an inch. The penthouse is 26′-2″ × 20′-5½″ on A102, set back 21′-5″ from the brick face; the east roof deck sits 2′-5″ above the west terrace. Interiors on all five levels come from A100–A102, the enlarged plans and the E200–E202 lighting plans; furniture the plans do not draw is illustrative. The ADU with 2-car garage is modeled from A001, A100 and A201–A202; G000 lists it as future work under a separate permit. Surrounding buildings use City of Chicago footprints and Street View.
